ASB CONSULTING LIMITED is a limited liability company incorporated in December 2000 under the Companies Act 1995. The Company was incorporated to assume the business affairs of ASB Consulting which commenced operations in September 1997. One of the two main business activities of the Company is energy consulting and business facilitation. Since 2001 ASB’s main focus has been on its second main business activity…  ASB Consulting Ltd is ready to expand its portfolio of products, services, training and associated Client base.

Goal

The goal of the Company is to provide the best consulting and training services to firms by understanding individual business requirements and presenting cost-effective solutions to shape and strengthen their core capabilities. The aim is to be a strategic business partner in planning, selecting, implementing and improving a Company’s business systems and its human resources; and to provide the expertise to help organizations realize a return on their investment. Our motto is “ Transforming performance through learning and empowerment”.

Approach

Our approach is to work closely in partnership with each client to establish clear objectives, schedules and budgets, and to provide effective communication throughout the stages of the engagement. For each project we provide resources with decades of core and business experience from our network of associates. ASB is proud to be associated with other professionals and industry – wide Companies globally. Options exist for project teams to be composed of a mix of personnel from both the Client and the Provider.

We ensure that the deliverables of each engagement are met by applying relevant industry standard tools and techniques acquired through continuous learning, certification and experience.
